Ryan Mumper focuses his practice on litigation, commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, motor vehicle litigation and premises liability. He represents insurance companies and their insureds, including individuals, professionals and businesses, bringing a practical and client-focused approach to dispute resolution. As a litigator, Ryan is committed to understanding his clients' goals and concerns, so they have a trusted advocate both inside and outside the courtroom.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan practiced small business and real estate law before focusing on the representation of multifamily residential property owners and serving in a supervisory legal role. His litigation experience spans trial courts at multiple levels, from Small Claims to Superior Court. He has also served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2019, including a one-year active duty mobilization at Fort Bragg.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys running, traveling, cheering on the Tar Heels and spending time with his wife and daughter.
