Samuel Esezoobo’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, litigation and management and professional liability matters, where he represents individuals and corporate entities in complex disputes. With experience spanning multiple jurisdictions and legal systems, Samuel brings a broad, business-minded perspective to client advocacy. He is known for looking beyond the immediate legal issues to identify risks, opportunities and practical solutions that align with his clients’ broader objectives.
Prior to joining MGC, Samuel gained experience with insurance defense, corporate, litigation and in-house legal teams. His background includes work in medical malpractice defense, corporate and commercial litigation, intellectual property, entertainment law and risk management. Before practicing in the United States, Samuel represented clients before state and federal courts in Nigeria, including appellate courts, handling matters involving commercial disputes, breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, insurance subrogation and human rights issues. This diverse experience allows him to approach complex litigation and coverage matters from both a legal and business perspective.
Outside of work, Samuel enjoys traveling, hiking, running, playing volleyball, listening to music and exploring new cultures, art and food. He is also an avid enthusiast of history, technology and investing and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
