Tori Bice’s practice focuses on litigation matters, including trucking and transportation, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and construction litigation in our Asheville office, where she represents clients in insurance defense matters. Tori brings a proactive and detail‑oriented approach to her work, with a strong emphasis on keeping clients informed and ensuring each case receives thoughtful attention throughout the litigation process.

Prior to joining MGC, Tori practiced with an insurance defense firm, where she handled a variety of general liability matters. In that role, she gained experience managing cases from the start through resolution, developing a solid foundation in litigation strategy and client communication. Her background allows her to approach each matter with a practical, solutions-driven mindset tailored to client needs.

During law school, Tori served on the Campbell Law Review and was selected as a Legal Research & Writing (LRW) Scholar, reflecting her strong analytical and writing skills.

In her personal time, Tori enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the Asheville area, where she recently relocated from Wilmington, North Carolina. She also enjoys working out, taste-testing new restaurants as a major foodie and exploring local hiking trails.
