Michael Kilgore’s practice focuses on litigation matters, including motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, products liability and construction litigation, where he represents insurers and their insureds. With more than 15 years of experience handling civil litigation, Michael brings a seasoned and strategic approach to defending complex liability claims. He understands the importance of thorough preparation and clear, consistent communication in achieving efficient and favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining MGC, Michael practiced with personal injury firms, where he handled a range of personal injury matters, He also gained experience in private practice, developing broad experience in general civil litigation. His background allows him to quickly assess risk, anticipate challenges and develop practical strategies tailored to each matter. Michael is known for positioning cases early for resolution while keeping clients informed and engaged at every stage of litigation.

In his personal time, Michael enjoys swimming with the NAC Masters Swim Team. Outside of work, he enjoys attending church and spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their son, Rhett.
