Kelly Benedict
Benedict’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation matters, where she represents employers, insurers, third‑party administrators and self‑insureds. With more than 35 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Benedict brings a highly seasoned and strategic approach to defending complex claims. Her background representing both injured workers and employers provides her with a unique, well‑rounded perspective that allows her to anticipate claimant strategies and proactively minimize client exposure.
Benedict earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. She is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Meghan Callier
Callier’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation, where she represents employers and insurers. With more than a decade of litigation experience, Callier brings a seasoned, trial‑ready perspective to her workers’ compensation defense practice. She understands the importance of keeping clients well‑informed and maintaining consistent communication throughout every stage of a case.
Callier earned her Juris Doctor from University of Georgia and Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. She is also a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
Kierra McIntyre
