GARDEN CITY, NY – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) welcomed attorney Frank Rosenfield to their Garden City office, bringing extensive litigation experience to the firm’s New York team.
For over a decade, Rosenfield has provided legal counsel and defense for individuals and institutions in construction litigation, labor law and professional liability matters, including medical, health care and dental malpractice claims. He also represents religious institutions and corporations in general liability and employment disputes involving premises liability, vehicular incidents, employment discrimination and New York State Labor Law claims. Known for his service-focused approach, Rosenfield has guided clients through all stages of civil litigation—from settlement and mediation to arbitration and trial.
Rosenfield earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University, graduating cum laude. He is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court, and has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star for his practice. Rosenfield recently co-authored "Evolution of the Labor Law: A View From the Bench," in the New York State Bar Association’s Fourth Edition of Construction Site Personal Injury Litigation.
