Charleston

Dudgeon’s practice focuses on litigation, where she represents commercial clients and businesses in a wide range of civil matters. With experience spanning commercial litigation, insurance coverage and regulatory counseling, she brings a well-rounded approach to resolving complex legal issues. She combines resilience and compassion in her advocacy, working to deliver thoughtful and effective solutions for her clients. Dudgeon earned her Juris Doctor from University of Kentucky College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Clemson University, graduating magna cum laude. She is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and National Conference of Bar Examiners (The Bar Examiner Editorial Committee). 

Murdaugh’s practice focuses on general liability matters, including construction defect, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and management and professional liability, where she represents insurance companies. She approaches each matter with a thoughtful and client‑centered mindset, placing an emphasis on transparency and open communication to ensure clients remain informed and confident throughout the life of a case. Murdaugh earned her Juris Doctor from University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Alabama, graduating magna cum laude. She is also a member of the Beaufort County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. 

Columbia

Jones focuses his practice on litigation matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle litigation and construction litigation, where he represents businesses, insurance companies and their insureds. Jones approaches each matter with professionalism and precision, drawing on his commitment to client service and his ability to leverage data‑driven tools to deliver efficient, high‑quality legal solutions. Jones earned his Juris Doctor from University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from College of Charleston. He is also a member of the Richland County Bar, South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and South Carolina Tax Bar.

Nichols’ practice focuses on litigation matters, including insurance coverage, motor vehicle litigation, commercial and business disputes and premises liability. He represents insurance companies, businesses, municipalities and government agencies, bringing a results-driven and practical approach to defending complex matters across a wide range of industries. Nichols earned his Juris Doctor from University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Coastal Carolina University. He is also a member of the South Carolina Black Lawyers Association and South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.

Myrtle Beach

Oliver’s practice focuses on litigation in our Myrtle Beach office, where she represents insurance companies and businesses in a variety of civil matters. She approaches each case with a strong commitment to preparation, responsiveness and clear communication, ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. Oliver earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude.
