Ashley Archange
Archange’s practice focuses on litigation, where she represents insurance companies. With experience handling insurance defense matters, she brings a thoughtful and client‑focused approach to navigating complex legal issues. She understands the importance of listening closely to client concerns and providing consistent, clear updates to ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the litigation process.
Archange earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, graduating magna cum laude.
Audrey McElrath
McElrath’s practice focuses on general liability matters, including trucking and transportation, premises liability and construction litigation at MGC, where she represents insureds ranging from individuals to corporations and small businesses. Audrey brings a detail‑oriented and service‑driven approach to her work, with a particular strength in identifying gaps in analysis and thoroughly developing case strategy from the ground up.
McElrath is an active member of several professional legal organizations, including the Old Dominion Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association, the Richmond Women's Bar Association, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Virginia Bar Association.
McElrath earned her Juris Doctor from University of Richmond School of Law, graduation cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
