On March 12, 2014, the North Carolina Industrial Commission revised the maximum weekly compensation for 2014. The maximum weekly benefit applicable to all injuries and claims arising on or after January 1, 2014, is now $904.00. Employers and carriers who have paid disability compensation at the rate of $912.00 for claims arising on or after January 1, 2014, shall be entitled to a credit for related overpayments.
