NASHVILLE, TN – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) is pleased to announce attorney Olivia Park was named a 2026 CLM Professional of the Year as an Outside Defense Counsel Young Professional. This award program celebrates the passion, commitment and achievements of those in the CLM community who inspire and innovate to advance the future of claims and litigation management.
For nearly a decade, Park's practice has focused on general litigation matters. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida. Park is a member of CLM, Nashville Bar Association—where she serves as the Chair of the Solo and Small Firms Committee, Board Member of the Young Lawyer's Division, Co-Chair of the Homelessness Committee as well as a member of the Diversity Committee, Memorial Service Committee and CLE Committee—Lawyer’s Association for Women and the Tennessee Bar Association—where she was a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Law program. In 2026, she was also recognized as a Phenoms Under 40 by CLM Magazine as Outside Defense Counsel.
