Emily Bragg Faulkner’s practice focuses on litigation, premises liability and workers’ compensation matters. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, where she graduated cum laude.
Miles Martindale’s practice focuses on various litigation matters as well as administration probate, litigation probate, wills and estates as well as non-compete law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
