Lexie Johnson's practice focuses on workers’ compensation law in the firm’s Richmond office, where she represents employers. With a background in business, she understands the importance of offering “personalized attention, strategic guidance and a deep understanding of both the legal and operational aspects of the workplace and workplace injury claims.” 

Prior to joining MGC, Lexie interned with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in the Civil Magistrate Division, as well as externed with a general practice law firm where she worked on various civil matters including business formation, estate planning and family law matters. 

In her personal time, Lexie enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, including her yorkie, Louis. Additionally, she is a public speaker who strives to equip women with knowledge, resilience, skills and self-assurance needed to pursue their goals.
