McAngus Goudelock & Courie, a regional insurance defense firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Bias to the firm’s Columbia office. Bias’ practice focuses on general litigation and construction.
Bias earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, where he serves on the Protecting Our Youth committee. He is also a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the Wofford College Alumni Bench and Bar Society. Bias serves on the Board for Communities in Schools of the Midlands, and is also a mock trial attorney coach at both Longleaf Middle School and Richland Northeast High School.
