GARDEN CITY, NY – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) welcomed attorneys Tom Bracken, Isaiah Harris, Danielle Meli and Schaina Petithomme to its Garden City office.

Tom Bracken

Bracken’s practice focuses on insurance coverage in first and third party contexts on construction defect, property, general liability and all litigation related to same. He represents insurance companies and their insureds in complex, high‑exposure matters. With more than 30 years of experience, Bracken brings a strategic, practical and business‑oriented approach to dispute resolution. Bracken earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.

Isaiah Harris

Harris’ practice focuses on litigation, premises liability and construction litigation where he represents regional, national and international companies, as well as local entities, both by way of direct retention and through various insurers. Utilizing a passion for zealous advocacy and representation, Harris strives to navigate clients towards achievable, business-oriented solutions. Harris earned his Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University, graduating cum laude. Harris is also a junior coach at the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Danielle Meli

Meli’s practice focuses on motor vehicle litigation and premises liability where she represents commercial defendants, insured corporations and individual clients. Meli approaches each case with careful preparation and clear, consistent communication, providing clients with a steady and reliable presence throughout the litigation process. Meli earned her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Alabama, graduating cum laude.

Schaina Petithomme

Petithomme focuses her practice on litigation. During law school, she gained experience in housing and property law through a tenants’ rights and advocacy clinic and completed an insurance defense internship, providing her with a strong foundation in client advocacy and civil litigation. Petithomme earned her Juris Doctor from St. Johns University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts from Baruch College, graduating cum laude, and an Associate of Science from Medgar Evers College.
