Pierson’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, commercial and business litigation and appellate advocacy in our Nashville office, where he represents insurance carriers and their insureds in complex coverage disputes and related litigation. Pierson brings a practical, business-focused approach to advising clients, helping them navigate coverage issues, evaluate risk and make informed decisions in high-stakes matters. He understands that effective representation requires more than an analysis of policy language - it requires an understanding of claims-handling realities, operational pressures and the broader business objectives of each client.
Pierson earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and Washington State Bar Association.
