ATLANTA, GA – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) welcomed attorney Alexander Fain to its Atlanta office, further strengthening the firm’s workers’ compensation and insurance law capabilities across Georgia. Fain brings nearly a decade of legal experience representing clients in workers’ compensation, insurance and healthcare-related matters. He focuses his practice on representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and first-party insurance claims, guiding clients through every stage of the claims and litigation process with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
His experience with claims handling, medical reimbursement issues and dispute resolution further strengthens MGC’s ability to advise clients on the legal and operational challenges that can arise throughout the life of a claim. Fain also brings graduate-level education in healthcare administration, providing an additional perspective on the broader issues that can influence claims management and litigation strategy.
Fain earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia College & State University. Fain is an active member of the Georgia Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
