Jones’ practice focuses on workers’ compensation matters where she represents employers and insurance carriers. She brings a practical and responsive approach to managing claims, helping clients navigate the process efficiently while minimizing exposure. Jones earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University, graduating magna cum laude.
Modica’s practice focuses on general litigation, trucking and transportation and insurance coverage. She represents insurers and their insureds in a wide range of liability matters, bringing a practical and strategic approach informed by experience on both sides of the aisle. Modica earned her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business. She is also a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.
Nashville
Godfrey’s practice focuses on litigation where she represents insurance carriers in a wide range of civil matters. With experience in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, Godfrey brings a practical and client‑focused approach to defending claims. She earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University, graduating summa cum laude.
Kilgore’s practice focuses on litigation matters, including motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, products liability and construction litigation, where he represents insurers and their insureds. With more than 15 years of experience handling civil litigation, Kilgore brings a seasoned and strategic approach to defending complex liability claims. He earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, a Masters of Laws from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Kilgore is also a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
